Service FAQ

What 3D printing technology do you use?

Large-format FDM on an Elegoo OrangeStorm Giga — up to 800 × 800 × 1000 mm in a single piece — plus standard FDM machines for smaller parts and batches. 11 materials and 24 colors are stocked.

How does the figure-from-photo service work?

You email us a few photos, we sculpt a digital model and share a preview render. Once you approve it, we print, finish and ship. Most figure orders are at your door within about two weeks, including sculpting time.

Can I order just the 3D model, without printing?

Yes — modeling is a standalone service. We build a production-ready CAD model from your sketch, drawing or measurements and hand over the STL or STEP files. Print with us or anywhere else.

Do you work with businesses?

A lot: industrial parts, jigs and fixtures, retail and event props, prototypes and small batches. EUR invoicing, framework agreements for recurring work, and NDAs are all standard practice.
