Every order is packed at the factory in Tallinn, Estonia — an EU member state, so shipments inside the Union clear no customs. Large parts travel in foam-lined custom crates, and tracking comes standard.

Production time
Most large-format jobs print within 3–7 business days. A meter-scale piece can run on the printer for several days continuously — we schedule those in advance and confirm the exact timeline with your quote. Simple geometry can be rushed when a deadline is tight.

Is 800 × 800 × 1000 mm really printed as one piece?
Yes — the OrangeStorm Giga builds the whole volume in a single continuous print, so there are no joints or glue lines. One-piece parts are stronger and need far less finishing than assembled ones.
What if my part is bigger than the build volume?
We section the model with keyed joints, print the parts, then bond and finish the seams so they disappear. Multi-meter sculptures and props are delivered ready to assemble or fully assembled.
Which materials work best at large format?
Matte PLA is the workhorse for decor and figures — dimensionally stable and easy to finish. PETG handles outdoor use and structural loads; carbon-reinforced PETG adds stiffness where a big part must not flex.
How do large prints survive international shipping?
Each piece is dimension-checked, photographed, and packed in a foam-lined box or custom crate. Shipments are tracked and insured; in the rare case of transit damage, we reprint the affected section.
Can businesses order recurring large-format production?
Yes — framework agreements for recurring props, fixtures or display pieces are common. You get EUR invoicing, agreed lead times and one contact who knows your parts.
