How ordering works

    Send a file or photos

    Describe the job in the contact form and email us the model — STL, STEP, OBJ, 3MF or IGES. No file yet? A few photos with rough dimensions are enough to start.

  2. 02

    Approve the quote and preview

    You get a fixed price and lead time within one business day. For photo-based figures we include a preview of the sculpted model for your approval.

  3. 03

    Printing and quality check

    We print on the machine that fits the job — up to 800 × 800 × 1000 mm in one piece — then dimension-check and photograph the part before packing.

  4. 04

    Tracked delivery, EU & worldwide

    Rigid boxes for small pieces, foam-lined crates for large ones. EU delivery typically adds 2–6 business days; worldwide express 3–8.

Frequently Asked Questions

How large can a single 3D printed part be?

Up to 800 × 800 × 1000 mm in one piece on our large-format printer. Bigger builds are printed in sections and joined so the seams disappear — meter-plus projects are welcome.

Do you deliver to my country?

We ship to every EU country with tracked courier service, and worldwide by express. Shipping is quoted upfront together with the print price, so there are no surprises.

Can I order a figure of a person or a pet?

Yes — email us a few photos and tell us the size in the contact form. We sculpt the model, send you a preview to approve, then print it in your chosen size and finish.

What does a large print cost?
