Yes, we ship worldwide. Non-EU shipments (UK, Norway, Switzerland, US and beyond) travel with a commercial invoice; local import duties or VAT, where applicable, are payable by the recipient.

Typical production is 3–7 business days; very large or multi-part builds can take longer, and rush service is available for simple jobs. EU courier delivery adds 2–6 business days, worldwide express typically 3–8.

It depends on box size, weight and destination — small figures ship across the EU for a few euros, while crated large-format parts are quoted individually. Shipping is always itemized in your quote before you commit to anything.

No — there's no upload on the site, so files travel by email instead. Send your brief through the contact form and email the model or photos to us; large assemblies are welcome as a WeTransfer, Google Drive or Dropbox link. We reply to the same address with the fixed quote.

Yes. For figures we sculpt a digital model from a handful of photos of the person or pet and share a preview before printing. For technical parts, photos plus a few key measurements are usually enough to rebuild the geometry.

11 FDM materials in 24 colors: the PLA family (including matte, silk, marble, galaxy and carbon-reinforced), PETG and PETG-Carbon, ABS and flexible TPU. We recommend a material based on whether the part lives indoors, outdoors or under load.

PETG or ABS for weather resistance, carbon-reinforced PETG for stiff structural parts. Standard PLA is best for indoor decor and figures — it holds fine detail and takes paint well.

Yes — stage and event decor, retail displays, cosplay props, sculptures and signage. Large-format printing keeps seams to a minimum, and we reinforce or weight tall pieces so they stand safely.

Yes: jigs, fixtures, enclosures, housings, brackets and replacement parts, as one-offs or small batches. Business customers get EUR invoicing, and NDAs are no problem.

By bank transfer against an EUR invoice; EU businesses with a valid VAT number can be invoiced under intra-community supply rules where applicable. Larger projects are typically split into a deposit and a balance before shipping.

Every part is dimension-checked and photographed before dispatch, then packed in rigid boxes — large pieces in custom crates with foam. If a carrier damages a shipment, we sort it out and reprint what's needed.
