From photos to doorstep
Email us 3–6 photos — the contact form carries your brief, but attachments have to come by email. Sculpting takes 2–4 business days, then you get a preview render to approve — we adjust until the likeness is right. Printing and finishing add a few more days, so most figures are at your door within about two weeks, tracked all the way.

You don't need professional shots — phone photos are fine if they cover the angles:

How close will the figure look to the real person?
You choose the style — from a friendly stylized look to a realistic portrait bust. Either way you approve a preview render before printing, and we revise the sculpt until you're happy with the likeness.
Can the figure be painted in full color?
Yes. The base price covers a single-color print in your chosen material; hand-painting is a finishing add-on quoted with your order. Many customers also paint the figures themselves.
Can I get the digital 3D model as well?
Yes — the sculpted model can be included as an STL file add-on, so you can reprint, resize or archive it later.
Is a figure of a passed-away pet possible?
Yes, and it's one of the most common requests. Old photos are enough — we reconstruct the pose and details from what you have and treat these orders with extra care.
How is a fragile figure shipped internationally?
Figures ship in rigid boxes with custom foam cutouts, tracked door to door. EU deliveries arrive in 2–6 business days after printing; worldwide express typically 3–8.
