Before you write
How fast will I get a reply?
Within one business day, usually sooner during European working hours. Complex multi-part projects may need a short call or a second email before we can fix the price.
What should I include in my request?
Material or color wishes, quantity, deadline and your delivery country — that's enough for a complete quote including shipping. Add a 3D file (STL, STEP, OBJ, 3MF or IGES) by email and the quote comes back fixed rather than indicative. No file? Photos and rough dimensions work too.
How do I send my file or photos?
By email — the form submits text only, so it has no upload field. Write your brief here, then email the model or photos to the address shown on this page; for anything heavy, a WeTransfer, Drive or Dropbox link is just as good. Use the same name you entered in the form and we'll pair the two.
I don't have a 3D file — can you still help?
Yes. We model parts from photos, sketches and drawings, and we sculpt figures of people and pets from a handful of photos. You approve a preview of the model before anything is printed.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes, by appointment — we're at Raadiku 9, Tallinn, Estonia. Most international projects run entirely by email, from first photo to tracked delivery.
